WARNING: Bestbuy.com hacked, check your statements

Does any one have Best Buy customer relations number, because i am having a hard time to place a new order, i had placed the NFS3: The run PS3 game, and that order got cancelled assuming that it was a suspicious order. I explanined that the previous orders were hacked but the NFS order is not but sill no body from the customer service is helping me out.

So if someone can share the Customer Relations number with that would be appreciated... Thanks...

I like how they word it, that its not bb's fault, they are using other merchants hacked accounts against bb.

Their contact phone number is 1-888-237-8289 from their website. But I'll tell you the sad news: Best Buy won't do jack shit for you as I have tried for the past 2 or so months. They were suppose to "research" into my issue why my orders keep getting cancelled. They were suppose to be done and call me within a few days. Guess what? Both times when I tried, I got nothing out of it (in June and July). The representatives are nice, but people who's suppose to handle this "blacklisted account" type ("research department", they're not on the same level and not eager to help.

Heck, I just placed an order moments ago for some product and my order got immediately cancelled. So basically, Best Buy never did anything for me.

So now I'm wondering if I can just create a new account instead of trying to salvage my account, because technically, there's nothing to my current account that I need to get it reinstated. Well, I'll create a new account when I see something that I must order online through Best Buy.

Best Buy is really pathetic.

I am guessing they have flashed your account. I had the same thing happen with my account when I got sick of these monkeys and had to dispute the charge to get their attention. Even though $hitbuy finally resolved it and I took back the dispute, they put a flash on my account. As soon as I placed an order, I will get a cancelation email, sometimes even before the confirmation email :-)

Just create a new account and see if that works

I'm going to guess that you ended up creating a new account in your situation?

They charged my debt card for 2 Play station downloads for $50 each. They even changed my account info called best buy and got it straightened out. I was able to get the email address that they used to send the games too. mamama2714 at yahoo. I am going to be flooding this email address with as much junk I can think of. I am signing them up for everything
