To Customer Service,

I am a previous Chase customer who was with Continental
Airlines. I was part of the conversion into United
Airlines and never applied for any card associated with
United.

I recently reviewed an offer for the United Mileage Plus
Explorer Card Which was offering 65K miles and a 50$
credit associated for applying for the card.

Since i was Continental Airlines previously and was under
Continentals terms, i feel i should be matched the
existing offer since my card was converted to a United
Explorer without my knowledge.

I would apply for the offer as i was going too, however am
unsure if it would just duplicate the account or your
systems would show i am already a member.. which is a
matter of perspective.

I would like to receive the associated promotion and do
have a screen shot taken of the offer included with this
inquiry.

It would give me incentive to use the card more often..
and if you require to re run my credit to increase my
limit please let me know.
