Promotion begins on June 18, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 18, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
"Like" the RxCut Plus Facebook page, enter through the Sweepstakes tab - https://www.facebook.co
Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different Facebook accounts, email addresses, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified.
Additional Promotion Entries: After you have completed the sweepstakes entry form, you will be invited to share a link to the sweepstakes entry form on Facebook. The link that you will be provided with is unique to you. For each person that enters the sweepstakes through the unique link that you have shared on Facebook, you will be given five (5) bonus entries.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Amazon Gift Card (Approximate value of $100).
