Yup, it's pretty much a necessity unless you plan on leaving the side panel off. Two Gentle Typhoons in the front, two in the back (push/pull config on the H50 CPU cooler), the stock Antec fans up top, and soon two Scythe Slip Streams inside.

The only thing to watch out for in terms of the two fans you can add inside the case (right where the hard drives are) is that they're clipped in, not screwed in. So the GTs are a mm too thick to fit, but the stock Antec fans fit perfectly. Both fans measured online are 25mm, so I'm hoping the Slip Streams can latch in.

teetee1 L6: Expert Member sinceSep 2006 Posts1,620 Reputation 832 Followers 1 + Give Rep	I wish they placed the front panel I/O ports/buttons (USB ports and others) between the lowest 5.25" bay and the air filter area and add another 5.25" bay to the top to make it 4 bays and get rid of the front cover. That way it's easier to access the drives, less deep, and doesn't need clearance in front of the chassis for the front cover to operate.
