Mars Movie Cash is back! Buy 2-3 marked M&M/Mars products, get $9/$15 entertainment cash Exp 9/28

The Mars Movie Cash deal from last year (http://slickdeals.net/f/3219832-g...e-MIR-form) is back though slightly different. Last year required you to buy popcorn & candy. This year, you just need to purchase specially marked candy and mail in the form [mms.com]. The reward is actually Entertainment Cash, not movie cash. There are two different rewards based upon what candy you buy: $15 or $9.

Purchase 2 XXL (56 oz) milk chocolate or peanut M&Ms on the same receipt and get $15 entertainment cash by MIR. rebate

Purchase 3 of the following on the same receipt and get $9 entertainment cash by MIR.

The official website [mms.com] says limit 4 for each promo so it seems like you can net 4x$9 + 4x$15 = $96 in entertainment cash.

Be sure to look for bags with the movie ticket promotion logo as these have distinct UPCs. Unmarked bags won't be accepted. And remember -- same receipt!

This deal ranges anywhere from lukewarm to extremely hot depending on how much effort you're willing to put in. The trick to this deal is twofold: one is obviously to combo with coupons and promos (ie $1.50 off 2 bags of mars products in sunday paper; $5 ECB for $15 spent at CVS on Mars product). The second is to take advantage of the fact that the reward is Entertainment cash. You can use this to see movies (participating theaters [emoviecash.com]) but it's also usable to purchase DVDs and BluRays at most national retailers (see full list [tpgrewards.com]). (FYI, it gets treated like a travelers check in case the checkout person is confused.) This means that you can use it to purchase DVDs and BluRays that themselves include moviecash/fandango bucks. Purchases must be made by 9/28/12. Last year, the entertainment cash rewards were good for about 60 days after receiving them.
