Excellent keyboard. Only problem is very cheap printing of keycaps. The letters start wearing off immediately.

I have been keeping an eye out for this but the section below scares me a little. I think I will wait for a $25 deal from Newegg for a new one. I wasn't able to find who refurbished it; if it was done by MS it should have had a warranty.

I have one of these at every station, have used maybe 5 or 6 over the last few years... NEVER had the lettering for the keys wear off.... wth are you doing to them???? Over all, I LOVE LOVE LOVE these keyboards! I learned (in 1999) on a split keyboard and although I can use a normal, boring kb, I can FLY on a split! Typing Instructor Deluxe (very nice, cheap program) tells me I type at 96 wpm... and breaks down to each finger the accuracy and time in MS each finger, or overall hand, takes to type and what keys are commonly reversed, etc.. Anyway, great keyboard! |
