grabbed a third stick thru Tiger Direct, totall different rebate offer so should be no problem.

got my 3 for triple channel, 12gb is plenty of ram for most anything.

its good to have trust worthy neighbors. i pay them the cash they order it for me i fill out rebate they give me sticks and rebates when they come in. in for 8 sticks.

No one else buy any from tigerdirect.. I'm waiting on a replacement credit card that's supposed to arrive tomorrow.

Make sure to read the wiki and attempt PM at amazon, hopefully those of us that missed out on the newegg deal can still get 2 from tiger/amazon and not have to run single channel like newbs.

What if I were to photoshop the invoice and and use my name but to my friend's address? Or photoshop it and put in my friend's name and address. Would Patriot know?

That would work. They just check that the rebate and invoice address match.

Haven't had a reason to be concerned with Tigerdirect, but I still pay with either PayPal or Ebillme..

Looks like you could buy another stick from TigerDirect.ca but it's all in Canadian dollars. Probably not worth it.

If you notice, order 1 and 2 has a different address, likewise order 3 and 4. Even if order 1 and 2 have the same address, it's of a different rebate. Question#1 Thus should work right? Do you guys see any problems?
Without getting into photo shopping the receipt, would the above work?

I really needed 16 gigs for a project, but I am really tight on money right now. I don't plan on getting the i7 processor for a year+.. I know it's a really slow piece of ram, but I needed the ram for multiple vm.
