My Woven Patio set was shipped today. I'm very impressed with the quality. For $90, it was a fantastic deal. My wife and I could not be happier. Thanks again OP.

Received mine yesterday. 1 box 4 chairs only. Table lost in space. Now I have to return to HD to get refund since it's OOS and they have no idea when it'll be back. However the CS rep said if/when they do come back in stock I could reorder and HD will give me another 10% off. Oh BTW the chairs are very nice. Heavy about 24# each

received the set and put them together last night. better than I expected! great deal, highly recommend to those who have some patio and decks. the table looks not small at all on my patio, the chairs are comfortable. worth the money!!

I ordered the 5 pieces set. even got tracking number, thought I am getting them , soi got an umbrella and a base from amazon and lows. today got an email from homedepo. my order got cancelled ! wtf. I called customer service , she told me the item was out of stock. why you guys got yours? why I was the lucky one that got cancelled, now what do I do with the umbrella and base? home depo said she will give me 15% off for a regular priced items only... I was so mad... why do I have to buy from home depot again.? I was so disappointed ....I planned to have out door birthday party when we get the furniture ...

if yes, call them again or try live chat. sometimes different CSR can give you different answer. I placed an order early but I had issue with the payment. I did not follow up immediately until the status change to out of stock. I give them called and they said the item probably already reserved for me and I decided to try. I received mine before 4th of july last week. Recently noticed some rusted spot and call them back. they said the free replacement items will be sent out to me within 2-3 weeks. I'm still waiting right now, but if they are able to get me replacement part, most likely they can fulfill your order too. good luck! |
