AT&T U-Verse or Time Warner Road Runner deals
I am changing apartments end of this July, and looking to get a Time Warner internet connection for my new apartment... The cheapest I am finding online is $34.95, and it doesn't mention the cost of modem and wireless router... Any idea how do I go about finding the best deal???Thanks in advance! i just asked my apartment lease office for time warner # who gave a promotion for $30 for 10 Mbps and $50 for 30 Mbps. no installation fee, no modem rental fee, no contract, no router included.

haha. In need of this too. My mom finally got sick of DSL and want to switch to TW. Is there a promotion going on right now (or for new customers?)

I'm looking for time warner too, there website says 10mb for $30, wondering if there is a third party site who offers it cheaper.

Are you based in NC? I am, and these are only 2 options for me. TWC: $34.99 + $2.5 monthly modem fee + $39.99 one time installtion fee. AT&T: $19.99 + $100 (Gateway modem) or $75 (DSL modem) Which provider did you go with? What deal you got? Pls let me know, so I can accordingly decide or ask for that offer if its available to me. Thanks. |

actually i haven't got my internet yet...
i was currently looking into AT&T Triple Pack bundles for Internet, TV and Wireless right now... Does anybody have any idea how they work??? I already have an AT&T wireless service... |

You don't want att uverse it's slow for the same price get time Warner way faster I have uverse elite highest in Los Angeles slow for $25 month with wireless modem.

I called AT&T a couple of weeks ago, and told them I had been a loyal AT&T customer for years, and that I received a mailer from Charter. Charter was offering ~15Mbit service for $30/month. I was about to call Charter (all true), but I wanted to see if AT&T could match Charter's offer before I switched.
AT&T offered ~12Mbit U-verse service for $30/month. Fixed rate for a twelve month contract. It's been working great. I suppose I'll have to call again in a year or so... |
