 But some games like Gears or others with fast action quick head  turns/extreme fast paced and lots of artifacts etc leave me out of the game. otherwise I need to snipe or camp and wait for a possible kill. now i understand why some users camp

Maybe im imagining it but i lowered the brightness setting from default and that might have helped a bit.

This gets me every time. Sitting farther away from the TV helps me out a bit, and I try not to play for super long times.
