so good stores never go bankrupt or close stores ? I do not see how your logic makes any sense. Thats like saying someone is a dead beat because their house was foreclosed on. While customer service or bad business factors could be responsible for pacsun decline, there are many other factors that could be contributing. Maybe you have heard about the problems in the economy ???

also based on your logic, Walmart is the best company in the world because they are highly profitable and open new stores. But there has been many documentaries about how poorly walmart treats its workers and others.

I only commented based on my experience, I recieved good prices, nice merchandise and fast shipping. so that = good company to me.
