Yves Rocher: Any Item Free + Free Summery Floral Bag + Free Samples w/ Any Purchase of $6 or More

I finally got my order yesterday. I got everything I ordered but I didn't get any free samples.

card charged but no package yet.

Paid through PayPal, still no package.

Slick Deal minds think alike.

I took a thin knife and slid it under the bottom lid then slowly worked the bottom lid open without tearing it. The person you gift it to isn't likely to know that it came wrapped in cellophane, unless they buy from that company.

Just received my order today, no samples and they gave me the Toilette instead of the parfum...well free is free no complaints =) oh and I paid with paypal

face cream and nail polish - how hard is that???

Someone a page or two back said the nail polish was on back order. Guess a lot of people ordered nail polish as a filler. That is probably what is holding up your order.

I paid with Paypal, never received anything-no email, no package.Opened a dispute with paypal and after Yves Rocher didn't respond, Paypal refunded the charge.

I got one of my orders today, 1 of the items that I really wanted is they said is "out of stock", and I got a $20 voucher like someone else had mentioned.

However, when I check their website, the item that is supposed out of stock is available. The item is 24H VITALITY SKIN CARE ANTI-FATIGUE.

I got an email today, they're having a 50% off everything on the website sale and a free gift with purchase. Might be a good time to use that voucher.

Thanks for the advice (also thanks to Mamadala and Zoe Moon). I tried calling in again; the agent couldn't find my customer # (after giving her all information that could possibly ID me). She ended up asking for the order # (said she could find out about my c# by going through a different department). I don't know what happened next because she either dropped the phone or accidentally cut the call when putting me on hold. Never got a call back though (even with the info I gave). I'm probably going to go the way of msgogo.

Sorry to hear that.. I created 2 different account and had 2 different phone numbers (a total of 4 orders). My customer number was attached to my 1st phone no and then later it got associated witht he 2nd but I am able to track only 2 orders and have no clue whats on them. Their systems are still in dark ages
