Yves Rocher: Any Item Free + Free Summery Floral Bag + Free Samples w/ Any Purchase of $6 or More

It sucks for those who got the $20 voucher instead of the items they were supposed to get for free. The free item is what made this a slickdeal. One of my orders arrived with the Toilette instead of the Parfum. Parfum is more concentrated and preferred over the Toilette. The second order is in process and I hope they don't throw in the $20 voucher in that order. I would rather have it cancelled.

Bought that 28 day treatment thing for free, lotion, and toner. Got everything along with the bag and samples today. I had called last Friday and it was still in preparation, so don't lose hope at getting everything you ordered. The bag is smaller than I would like though.

Edit: Looking closer at the 28 day treatment they actually substituted it with the Cellular Renaissance cream. =/

I had two orders and they both went through (just got my second one today). I paid with paypal and when my credit card bill came in (I was charged on 6/21 and my bill posted 7/09) I was charged a foreign transaction fee from Citi. I called them and all they could say was that the company had a foreign name and that is probably why I was charged the fee. I called paypal and asked them if they could tell me why it would go through as a foreign transaction and they gave me the same response. I finally sent them an email detailing the fact that the company has a U.S. website and that the packages are shipping from New York. So just a heads up for those of you with a card that had foreign transaction fees, ya may get charged for the transactions.

And yes I do realize that this isn't a U.S. company, but I don't see why I'm getting hit with a fee for this company. I order stuff from China all the time and have never had an issue.

The best option is to use a card that doesn't charge that stupid fee to begin with.

I got one of my orders today and it said I had a balance due. So I went online and checked and it said unpaid? Not only had I already paid, but I also paid for 3 other orders that they had no record of. The representative was less than helpful and kept insisting that they did not have the payment. It took over 45 minutes for him to figure it out and take the balance off my account, and in the process, he told me he cancelled the other orders!! AUGH!!

It smells nice but I wouldn't get it again. As DH pointed out it's a bit heavy and (he claimed) it smelled a bit of talcum powder. I didn't get a talcum powder smell from it but he's right after wearing it for a full day it was a bit one note (all amber) and heavy. Will probably re-gift it or just wear it in the winter.

I received my order...Wow, glad I didnt pay full price for anything.
The free gift (bag) is horribly cheap, worse than items I have seen at the $ store...and the container that the night cream is in feels so cheap, I am not sure if I even want to put the cream on my skin.
I also purchased 2 masks, I have used both and they seem OK, but I didn't notice much of a difference in my skin and they are HIGHLY frangranced. Probably not the best thing to let sit on your face for 10-15 minutes.
Learned my lesson, won't purchase from YR again!

For those who got the $20 voucher (because some items are out of stock), what are you buying? Any recommendations and were you charged shipping? Thanks!

FYI, my 2nd order, wouldn't be delivered until July 16th, even though they dropped it off on the July 3rd. This is from the Fedex tracking info, so orders are slow.

Actually I just called and the $20 voucher, you CAN"T use unless you order something else.

So that means you have to buy 1 product, and then you can use the voucher. so you end up with 2 products. The voucher can only be used on regular prices. Honestly, this Yves Rocher is a crappy company!

I finally carefully open the plastic and sampled it.. I agree it is kind of heavy.. but got better after a while. Definitely sealing it back and giving it away as a gift.

I really wanted to try that Une or whatever it was called.. but they canceled that

I waited long enough and my order shows different status on different days.. Sometimes "Out Of Stock", "Processing", "Not available", etc. First I sent them a mail and got a response stating that the order will be shipped soon. Then I spoke to them and they told me that the order will be shipped mid of next week (that was last week). No sign of shipping. I also don't want replacements or gift coupons paying $16 for the item that i dint want as necessary..

I simply raised a dispute in paypal and it's under verification. Will see how it goes.. I don't want to call them again..

I decided to just wait for my package to arrive, since others had gotten theirs without recieving a customer number or shipping notification. But after a couple weeks of not hearing anything from them and not getting my items, I think I might just end up disputing with PayPal.
