They didn't send me what I ordered as the free gift. I got some replacement face cream that is pretty cheap compared to the other product I wanted. If you can't honor your own deal, then don't send any products at all. I would rather have gotten a refund instead of being stuck with something else. They didn't even tell me that they changed the order. Last time I'm ordering from them.

For the dispute I raised with paypal they responded with the shipping info. They shipped the product on 13th and I am yet to receive it. May be by mid of next week I will be getting it. If the order does not contain what I ordered, I will inform paypal and hopefully paypal will back me.
Always hunting....

I did two paypal orders paid for both. Last week got check.for one.order.as.credit even though i.got order this week i.get a bill for god knows what says for.order i.got but.total is not like the 2 orders

I disputed the charge for one order with paypal and paypal decided that i am eligible to get a refund after returning the items. AND return shipping has to be paid by me.
Shipping to Canada will cost more than the amount of refund. Can i file a dispute with the credit card company to revert the payment made to paypal? |

I placed one order and I forgot about it until a couple of days ago. I called to find out what happened and apparently they lost my order and info on one computer, but could find it on another. I was told that they would send a check in 4 to 6 weeks.
They had my money and my info, but made no effort to send me the product or refund my money. If you have placed an order and not received it, you must contact them to get your refund. Their representatives are rude and condescending. I will never purchase from them again. |
