Pay Credit card with Another Credit card??

One trick I found is if you go on a cruise, you can use the slot machines as cash machines without incurring a fee or penalty. At least on Carnival.

If you go into the Casino and try to get chips for the tables, they will charge you a transaction fee. However, if you load your "carnival card" up with money at the slots, they do not charge a fee, and they bill your credit card like a regular purchase transaction.

There are some limits in place as far as how much you can do at one time and per day, but they were fairly high.

I don't remember if the transaction was coded as "travel" or not, but if so, you could probably score some hefty point bonuses too.

But in any case, you could just load the card up at the slots, then walk over and cash it back out for cash.
