I got a small exe file ~500k while purchasing. When I double clicked it , it appeared to me that it wanted to install on cloud. I did not see any option to download the huge file [500 MB] or so reported by others. After some time, I got a message that office 2013 is installed and I see it on my PC. How do I confirm that I am not on cloud?

It seems having that extra 'eden' is what throws it off...at least that was the case with my friend at UCSD. If he took out the extra word and put in just ucsd.edu, it accepted it. But then he can't get the e-mail.
Is there any way to get the 2010 version now ? My work email and the code I got from my employer works but I don't need 2013 as I have one already and all the users I support on daily basis have the 2010 version. My job will be much easier if I see what they see. For example, same icon, same color, same layout etc. Is there a right Microsoft CS number to call ? Thanks.
