01/17/2013 - Office 2013 is now available through this program.

As of 9/29/12, Myspace.com e-mail no longer work.

Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 (Retail Edition)
English 32-bit (x86): X16-32250.exe
English 64-bit (x64): X16-32213.exe

PLEASE NOTE I purchased Office 2007 Professional through this program about a month before Office 2010 was released and received a free upgrade to 2010. Meaning I have working keys to both 2007 and 2010. Office 2013 will likely release around the same time as Windows 8 in the next few months. If you wait and time it right, you should be able to qualify for a free upgrade to 2013 with your 2010 product key. This deal has been available for years and will likely still be around then.

Microsoft Corp owns the domain, so this isn't a scam site. Stop posting your idiotic posts about it being a scam.

If you want to make your own "backup disk" you can't use winrar/winzip etc to extract the exe you download from digitalriver. You must use the command prompt and enter the following. d:\X17-75238.exe /extract:d:\Office The file I downloaded was named X17-75238.exe and the folder I chose to extract to I named Office both on the root of d so change the name(s)/path(s) as needed. Ater extraction just burn the extracted files to a DVD and you're all set!

Office 2011 for Mac is also available through this program for the same price

More info here on how the program works.. Keep in mind this is part of volume licensing and the person who is responsible for the volume licensing could figure out if there is abuse going on (600 Myspace signups even though they are at 200 employees or less at this point).
For home use only
Good for one desktop only and one portable device

9. Electronic Communications; Notices.

By submitting your order for processing, you authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling and any amounts described on the Site before order submission) to your card, or alternatively to charge you through other Microsoft® -approved payment arrangements. Your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically if your card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, or if your order otherwise does not comply with Microsoft’s program requirements. You agree to update your card information to keep it current at all times and that we may submit charges for processing even if your card has expired. You must resolve any problem before proceeding with your order.

All prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Taxes may be adjusted from the amount shown on the billing screens. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.

13. Limitation on License Purchases and Transfers; Term of MSHUP Licenses.
Microsoft® software is licensed through MSHUP solely for the use of qualifying employees of Microsoft® volume licensing customers participating in the Microsoft® Home Use Program. For purposes of MSHUP, a qualifying employee is a licensed user of a copy of a MSHUP – eligible desktop application currently enrolled in Software Assurance coverage. Similarly, at this Site, you are bound by the version of this Agreement that is in effect on the date of your visit or order. The terms of this Agreement may change from time to time so please review it.

16. Miscellaneous; Entire Agreement.
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. The Agreement (including any related consents or agreements that you provide during your visit to the Site) together with any license or agreement with Microsoft® delivered in connection with any item acquired via the Site, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Microsoft® with respect to the Site and that item, and supersedes all other (prior or contemporaneous) communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Microsoft® regarding the Site and/or any order you place through it.
17. Customers Outside the U.S.A.
In the case where the law of any of the jurisdictions cited below applies to your MSHUP purchases, the following country-specific provisions will replace or supplement the equivalent provisions above:
Canada

(a) you are the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside;
(b) you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and make the credit card charge (or other Microsoft® -approved payment arrangement) on your own behalf or on behalf of any person for whom you are acting as agent and that you are authorized to access this Site using the email address provided, and MSHUP communications and program code sent to that email address ;
(c) you are currently an employee of a Microsoft® volume license customer participating in the MSHUP and have received eligibility notification directly from that employer;
(d) you are a licensed user of a copy of each MSHUP – eligible desktop application for which you are placing an order, and each such copy is currently enrolled in Software Assurance coverage,
(e) you are licensing MSHUP software solely for your own use in accordance with the licensing terms provided with the MSHUP software, and
(f) all information that you submit to us is true, accurate and current.

Supplement Terms and Conditions, subsection 16, with the following new paragraph:

It is the express wish of the parties that this Agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English. C’est la volonté exprèsse des parties que la présente convention ainsi que les documents qui s’y rattachent soient rédigés en anglais.

Not sure if you buy this, you'll get 2013 upgrade for free. Many websites say that HUP program is not an eligible program for 2013 upgrade. Does anyone know or has received an email that they can upgrade for free...if they bought 2010 recently (November)?

Confirmed. Read this: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us...02434.aspx

Will not qualify for free upgrade to 2013 but 2010 is still great I think. Hopefully HUP for 2013 will come Q1 next year.

It worked fine this morning. But when I used the link provided with the email, It wouldn't allow me add office 2010 to my cart only Visio. When I try my edu email again, I get a message that says "We are sorry, but we are unable to complete your request.
The following problem(s) exist:

•Please contact your benefit administrator to learn if you are eligible and to retrieve your program code."

I didn't get this message a few times I tried it yesterday and again this morning.

Don't have a qualifying emal address? ..download open office for FREE http://www.openoffice.org/download/ it has always been free and it is compatible with MS office files.
Yeah. OpenOffice is not really compatible with Microsoft Office files, unless of course you want formatting errors and don't mind blindly sending your documents with the hope that whoever needs to read them (a potential employer?) can actually do so without the formatting, etc. being screwed up. Trust me, I've tried all of the Office clones, NONE of them fully work. I say this as I use Chrome on Lubuntu. I've tried the new Apache OpenOffice (even though it was ridiculously difficult to get it to finally work on Lubuntu), LibreOffice, KOffice, Lotus Symphony, etc. None of them worked correctly when saving as .doc, .docx. MSOffice Excel completely kills the clones too.

If you're going to be doing basic document editing and you use Windows just use WordPad, it's about as functional.

haha, so you suggest the other option...which is Office 2010 on sale for MAYBE $90...just so you can upgrade later for free? Spend $80 extra now for the "free" upgrade later?

Hey can anyone help me. I had the program up and working and my computer crashed. I unfortunately didn't print the program key because I was an idiot and didn't realize that Outlook took all my email from my home email account. (outlook newbie). More like Outlook idiot. The guy I bought the computer from was very lazy and instead of looking into what was wrong with the computer he calls me in 1 day and tells me " well you computer is ready" I was so happy. He tells me he couldn't fix it so he wiped my hard drive. I was SICK. I couldn't believe he did that without even checking with me first. I bought the computer from him used and I was annoyed because we went through great lengths to transfer data from my previous computer so he knew and just plain didn't care and wiped it all off the hard drive. It was all gone. I know he didn't bother to try to figure out what was wrong because he had it repaired in less than 24 hours and it was going to cost me $85.00. I blame myself because I didn't print the key email. It was just so many misunderstandings.
I have the Outlook disk that i purchased with the program I tried contacting them to purchase another key which they would not allow. They would not give me the initial key either. Does anyone have a key that they would share with me? Please? I will share a copy of the disc if needed. I'm desparate I just need a key or if someone knows where I could get a key I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not usually this unorganized. I just figured it would still be in my roadrunner email.. I didn;t understand Outlook. I guess I do now. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem as you. I have been trying unsuccessfully for weeks. I contacted Microsoft and they gave me three different buy using this email link emails to use but each one of them didn't work. The issue could be on Digital River side, just maybe. I called MS again last week and I was told all the allocated units for usc has been used up. What a bummer. After three buy using this link email directly Microsoft, they have the nerve to say they are sold out as if the issue has been from my side. That is one awful customer service if you ask me. I am pissed at MicrosoftMad

When I tried again to repurchase i got the buy using this link. I went ahead I purchased what I thought was a new program it was $9.95. It turned out to be a Language Pack very decieving. I had no idea what i got until I got the confirmation email where I was looking for my key but the key on the confirmation was blank. I was ? confused so when i called I was told I purchased a language pack. I went through the entire scenario with the rep about how my computer crashed and that I was trying to replace my lost key because the serviceman wiped my hard drive. She was very hard nosed about it and told me we couldn't get another key even though we were willing to buy it. I begged her kindly but to no avail. I asked her why she couldn't resend the initial email with the key she said it was for 1 use only and I used it and it couldn't be reloaded. Wow no if's and's or buts. thats it. Its my own fault for not writing it on the disc. I looked everywhere because I know I wrote it down on paper but I couldn't locate it. It was a great deal while it lasted. So now I'm banging my head on the wall trying to purchase a key code on ebay. I'm so pissed at myself for not paying attention to how outlook worked. The programs are awesome but Microsoft sucks. LOL. I know at some point I will be able to purchase a key. I'm sorry you guys are having problems too. I'd share the disc but its useless without the key.
