Got the 2010 a month back...u think I can upgrade to 2013 for free now? If so, how?
No, they are no longer doing that promotion. Just spend the extra $10 if you want the newest Microsoft Office. Still the best deal you can get legally.

Hey can anyone help me. I had the program up and working and my computer crashed.
Microsoft should have email your order confirmation. With that in-hand, call Microsoft order support at 877-237-3165 They "may" be happy to provide your Product Key.

That aside, is anyone getting the message, "This is not a valid 32-bit program," when attempting to install the x86 setup file?

Is there anyway to take advantage of this deal if our workplace doesn't participate in it?
Many universities offer .edu addresses to alumni. That's how I get student software.

Is the deal over? My USC email was accepted but I can only add Visio and not Office 2010.
This deal is not for Office 2010; it's for Office 2013....

Got one, thanks! I'm guessing this is good for one computer only? If I install it on my laptop and want to install it on my desktop later, I'll have to remove it from my laptop first?
Should work on two computers at the same time. The Product Key is not an issue, as it can be used multiple times. Good luck!

Ordered two yesterday. One order was just the key for $10.xx. The other order was the key and the backup DVD also for $25.xx. I looked up my Discover pending charges and noticed a charge for both, but then also a credit for the $25.xx. I wonder if they are cancelling that order? Maybe they aren't able to ship out the DVDs for some reason? The activation key for that order still works fine though.

There are people on eBay who sell a lot of backup DVDs if any of you are interested.
