the few reviews that I've seen make it seem like its fast but that's with no hard number other than "its really fast" at the price i would give it a try if i didnt just buy a 16gb drive =(

Amazon reviews say it's terribly slow and warn not to get it if you're transferring large files.

Someone tested this drive and said read speed is 27MB/s, write speed is 6MB/s. A fast flash drive will normally write +10MB/s.

Verbatim 32GB USB flash drive with retractable USB port is $15 with free shipping. I have an older 16GB Verbatim that could hit 15MB/s read, and 6MB/s write. I suspect this one will probably be par or a touch faster. |

Test finished without errors. You can now delete the test files *.h2w or verify them again. Writing speed: 10.6 MByte/s Reading speed: 31.8 MByte/s H2testw v1.4 Seems decent enough to me. |
