I believe the Radeon HD 7670M does not come with a CrossFire (dual core) version. What the Acer should contain is dual graphics, which combines the 7670M with a Radeon HD 7660G. In benchmarks, the dual graphics performs above the Nvidia GeForce 540M but below the Nvidia GeForce 550M. Check out number 119 and 120 on NotebookCheck's graphics card benchmark list [notebookcheck.net].

The only graphics cards I know of with CrossFire are very high end and very expensive. Far more expensive than a $400 laptop can provide. However, the deal is still worth considering.

Assymetric xfire in AMD dual graphics laptops never really worked most of the time. Very few games play with satisfactory results. Most of the time xfire results in microstutter in games. So best results are experienced with single gpu configuration where most of the gpu processing is from dedicated card (7670m or 6650m in the previous AMD laptops).
Few games that have advantage of assymetric xfire are: Deus Ex and some people mentioned Dirt 3.

But this laptop should game well (30-50FPS) on medium settings; it's currently one of the best deals on a bargain gaming notebook.

Its really easy to install a new HDD in this laptop all you need is a small Phillips head screwdriver

BTW I intend to do moderate gaming on it, otherwise the ASUS $360 deal's better.

This really is a good deal for a decent laptop, with a decent dedicated graphics. Just google people playing games with that graphics card and you should be able to get an idea of what you can play with it.

Anyone know if you can use the VGA port and HDMI port to output to two external monitors while keeping the laptop monitor so I can use three screens?

I would prefer a 17in for a desktop replacement. It has an i5 and the GPU looks very similar. It also has usb 3.0 and bigger HD.
