this is stupid, eat pizza and do cardio and wash your face and masturbate to promote hormone response and time your meals and eat every 2.65 hours and don't eat carbs, well not simple carbs, but good carbs, and eat protein but not plant protein cause you'll get boobs, except for quinoa, but don't eat a lot of it, but sometimes do eat a lot of it and then on a certain day, don't follow any of these rules for a few hours and then eat tuna but watch out for mercury and then artificial sweeteners and then glutamine...and then no explode and then never eat meat, but only eat meat, but then organic vegitables don't matter, but they do, but get frozen but canned is good too but get fresh but only farmers market that is local and then don't cook it, but only if it's carrots.

Do you have the links to the real AAD articles? (Your article was a summary of facts from a nurse whom was using AAD data. She also spelled "dairy" as diary. No excuse in a scientific article when thats the main topic at hand.)I had to deal with it when I was younger. Was healthy, exercised, and Im lactose intolerant (no milk), but it was annoying to the point I needed to take isoretinoin (Accutane). Last edited by 1stBuy; 06-24-2012 at 02:17 AM.. |

$20 for 13 serving is comparatively cheap when it comes to gainer shakes, as opposed to looking at all the other brands out there. However, one can argue for making your own gainer shakes with simply ingredients such as peanut butter, oats, milk. And another can argue for gainer shake simplicity itself. Honestly I did the first approach a while back and made my own gainers. After a while I just tried gainers and it worked well for my situation. Making your own gainer is probably cheaper when you measure all the ingredients to its cents value, but my schedule with work school and traveling had become too hectic for me to spend a few moments to mix some ingredients together (yes, my schedule was THAT tied up!). May seem silly to some of you guys, but everyone goes through different things and has different reasons. Just my 2cents. Still a great deal for a gainer, you won't find a cheaper priced one anywhere else unless you make your own.

True, your bodys gotta be given time to adapt. When I was bulking during the colder months, I ate a lot of whole foods, and during the times I didn't have time to eat, I would take a scoop of gainer, which was half the recommended serving size for the brand i was taking. 1 scoop itself was already 600 calories. I had to gradually increase my calories to let myself adjust so 3 months later, I was up to 2 scoops, 1200 calories per shake, along with my whole food. Went from 149-170 in 4 months time. Some were muscle, some were fat. You're gonna get both.

Also I would recommend something to get your energy up like some fruit. When I take half a serving of weight gainer I get really sleepy.
And at first you will get bloated from a full serving in one sitting, I recommend putting ice on your stomach. You should also stay hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water a day more or less depending on your weight and intake of food/supplements. Last edited by Skeptic; 06-24-2012 at 06:27 AM.. |
