Great deal. I got this on clearance at Target a few weeks ago, but would have jumped on it otherwise. Thumbs up because it is the best non-YMMV deal I've seen.

For anyone with a 3D set-up this game is a must-have. Some of the best 3D graphics available. The original is also top notch. If you don't have a 3D set-up, you are missing out with this title.

I remember the reviews for Apocalypse generally said that the 2nd game (Pacific Rift) was better. Perhaps there were some patches to fix the problems, though?

I've only played the first Motorstorm game, which I bought last year, and I thought it was great fun even though it's a few years old now. You can get a pre-owned copy for $2.99 in Gamestop, and I think this is great value. I've been hoping Pacific Rift would hit $10 at some point, but I'm still waiting.

So, I presume as it's 3D game, it's 1080P or 1080i output?

3D and 1080p or i have nothing to do with each other...

the game runs in a "1080p mode", which is 1280x1080 and upscaled to full 1080p (ie. 1920x1080).

Thanks... in for one. I haven't played a Motorstorm since the first one (loading times killed the experience for me), so it'll be great to get into this, even if people say Pacific Rift is better. Looking from video reviews, it looks more interesting anyway.

I wanna try out this game so bad since I have a 3DTV and a G27 racing wheel.
But it makes me so sad when I think about how I missed the $5 BB deal for this game last Christmas.

Not to mention, no shoprunner shipping.. Damn newegg..
