Can you use a smartphone on a talk an text only plan? I've heard that you only need to activate it on a dumbphone and then switch the sim card over.
Also where is the 500 min talk add on line? First and probably last FP post: http://slickdeals.net/f/5853318-S...st57540662

Hello, I'm looking on the T-mobile website for value plan and I can't set it up with the same pricing listed in the front page.
I need 4 or 5 lines sharing 1000min. With 3 having at least 2G of data. How am I suppose to set this up. Do I go select a value plan for 4 or 5 and then add extra service? * We do not need any new phones from them |

With the new plan, they will make more money from the data than the old value plan. So this seems like a price increase based on projection how people actually will use their cellphone for data, streaming video, etc. |

$110 for 5 lines unlimited talk & text, with 500 MB @4G speed per line, AND [($10 for each 2gb per line) OR ($20 for unlimited lower priority data per line)] Last edited by green_key; 03-16-2013 at 11:57 AM.. |

http://www.tmonews.com/2013/03/t-...resellers/ Looks like they have something call Uncarrier Classic Plans and Uncarrier Prepaid plan. Looks separate to me. The $30 100 mins prepaid with 5GB 4G data may be gone (or at least gone for new customer) also? Or since they never promote the $30 plan before, they just don't mention it in there?
