Only if the Revue is white with a black top, features a fairly small remote/keyboard with a blu-ray player, and is branded as a Sony. Sorry, I meant in terms of software compatibility with the ARM CPU versus the previous generation's x86 software. I'm assuming thus far it is the same, but one can still hope.

There was another thread about a week ago for a new one at $140 and i just got that package today and instead got a Sony BDP-S590, Circuit City is so upsetting for that one. Can't believe they have the nerve to send people a completely wrong item.

In theory it should have almost full android comparability because its an arm cpu vs the atom in the 1st gen which required apps to be compiled for x86

I'm not so sure a lack of compiled x86 binaries would be the primary reason for application incompatibility though (at least from the Play Store). Instead, I would assume it to be the lack of a touch screen capabilities which would automatically filter any application out from the market that doesn't specify that a touch screen is not needed [google.com] along with a few other filters.

Other issues often involve other assumptions about phones/tablets that aren't true in the case of Google TV (e.g. Google TV devices can't enter a "Portrait" display mode or a lack of certain sensors).

Issues from architectural incompatibility arise when libraries independent of Dalvik are utilized which has largely be fixed anyways by Intel for their newer smartphone lineup [anandtech.com].
