Prizes. We will award one Grand Prize consisting of a trip for 2 to attend the “Dexter” Season 6 DVD launch party in Beverly Hills, CA (the “Event”). The Event is currently anticipated to be held on August 7, 2012. The Grand Prize has a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,200.00 and consists of:

- Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and 1 guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at a major airport in the Los Angeles area (the “Airport”);

- 1 night standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Los Angeles area hotel to be determined by Showtime or Sponsor (the “Hotel”);

- Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest from the Airport to the Hotel; and

- Admission for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Event.

In the event the Grand Prize trip cannot be awarded to an alternative potential winner due to the timing of the Event and when the alternative potential winner is determined, the alternative potential winner will be awarded $2,200.00 in Amazon.com Gift Cards as full satisfaction of the Grand Prize,
