Be careful. I have been doing these type rebates for almost 20 years and found CSR's sometimes don't have the correct information, especially when you send the rebate request to a rebate fulfillment company. These type rebates ALWAYS require separate envelopes!!!!!!!!!! Not worth being denied to save some postage.

I mailed 3 rebates in one envelope on August 1. Received a check for $10 last week. When I call the phone # on the form (1-877-952-2788) I am asked to enter a PIN & cannot proceed any further. Does anyone have a workable contact number? Much thanks.

I submitted mine in Mid august.

No beer purchase was necessary.

I submitted 3 rebates and recipts in ONE envelope. I submitted ANOTHER rebate form and receipts in a 2nd envelope.

I JUST received 4 (yes, FOUR) checks in the mail. And the checks were actually consecutively numbered.

SO, my assumption will be that I can do 2 more (assuming they count the first 3 for Spring, and my fourth as 1 of my 3 for fall).

I will do AT least 2 more in the next week or so. I will mail 2 rebate forms and receipts in ONE envelope.

Then, I may actually save receipts for a bit and try mailing 3 forms and receipts at a later date. Or "somewhat legitimize" by mailing in family members name and address...

Silly question but would Costco count as a "grocery store"? I just bought a $17.49 pack of thigh meat that I hope qualifies.

ETA: This deal is so easy that it seems hard. I'm just not used to not having to jump through hoops for a big rebate like this.

When you submitted three rebates in the same envelope, did you fill out three separate forms, or did you just fill out one form? If three separate forms, the info is all the same. But I wonder if they will need three separate forms for accounting purposes. Thanks for sharing your success, btw.

I'm sending in mine separately, but if I was sending them together I would definitely submit 3 rebate forms just to play it safe.

As silly as it seems, I filled out 3 forms, then stuffed them into ONE envelope. Even sillier, for the MEAT, I actually pulled the labels off (with store specific UPC) and taped them each rebate form.

Good LUCK all... I know I will be breaking any meat purchases up this weekend... into $10+ per receipt.... LOL!

I don't even remember if I did this previously, since NC has a number of in store coupons sponsored by beer company that can't require you to actually buy the beer. No entirely clear why they even run these in state that prohibit the sales that they're looking for, I just gave it a shot this time. Made two separate purchases; one with sliced Swiss cheese (I had a rain check to burn), hopefully that will pass. the other was for baby back ribs (hey, they're kind of short).

Hi...I never did one of these before. Does the exclusion of store brands pertain to the state you live in or shop in? If I shop in NY (where store brands are excluded), but live in CT (where they are not) is that OK?

If this is split for spring/summer & we can submit again for the fall/winter rebates, what was the cutoff date for spring/summer? Or does it not matter, and we can submit for both (ie: 3 x $10 and 3 x $10 again)? I spaced on this for too long, and just sent my first rebate in last week for receipts from last week. My guess is, I missed the double dip opportunity?
Also, I know oscar mayer bacon has upc's, but they'd be pretty slimy if cut from the packs - it's ok to just omit the upc's in the rebate submission?

Don't think that you need UPCs from the food. I'm not looking at the terms right now, but I believe that the UPC requirement was just for the beer. I know I didn't send any.

Well, I haven't read the entire thread, but I did read the form and printed out six of them. Sent all six in one envelope--three for Spring and three for Fall...marked them up clearly. I sent no UPC's. Dates are the same for both offers, although the items may vary. So, we'll see if I get my $60 or not.
