I found a brochure in store today that has P&G Olympics on the front and advertises RA deals inside. All were for the current 7-1 week except for the last one. It doesn't show sale prices, but it does indicate that the Olay and Covergirl are included in the buy $30 get $10 +UP reward.Attachment 1348116

Also, I find the text much more useful. I can copy and paste just the deals I want into a text document and print it out to take with me, along with coupon matchups and any notes I make. A picture of the ad is useless for that. SD is not just about early ad views; it's about finding deals and matchups that aren't obvious from just reading the ad. The fact that the OPs take the time to type up the deals is fantastic, and I for one appreciate all their effort.

To stay on topic..I saw $3 hangtags on Miralax at Walgreens today. I didn't check them out, and it doesn't make anything a stellar deal, but if you need it for something, you might check it out. |

So, just got back from my first attempt at extreme couponing. Only bought items that my girlfriend and I actually use.
Looking at the receipt gives the following info: Subtotal: 51.16 Tax: 4.26 Total 55.40 Your wellness+ savings: 30.45 Total Coupon Savings 16.40 and it spit out $13 in UP rewards Is that decent? |

I try to keep my total cost to zero after UPs. Ideally I want to be paid to buy things. However, there are certain life essentials ( like Dove chocolates or DH's or the cats' OTC meds) that I usually have to pay something for. With stuff you have to pay for, only you can decide if it is worth it. The key is waiting for a deal and then stockpiling. Anyway, you are off to a good start. PS Is that a cat in your avitar? It looks cute but we need a bigger pic Last edited by sweeneycat; 07-01-2012 at 10:32 PM.. |
