AFAIK, you can't apply amazon gc/credit to purchase another GC. I maybe wrong though.

If you dont wanna be wrong fine amazon gift cards are good for ANYTHING sold on amazon, i have bought from many sellers/stores on amazon with gift card credit and never once have they not accepted my purchase. Heres a idea before you say it doesnt work how about trying it first, anyways believe what you want but you CAN buy gamestop gift cards on amazon WITH AMAZON GIFT CARDS/credit.

geez, so much thread derailing. OP, you could try using those gift cards at BB to buy a Visa prepaid card and use that to buy Steam games. I googled it, some people say you can, some say you can't, others say they've done it successfully and so on. It's worth a shot, worst case scenario they just say no you can't do that.

why do you want a steam gift card? talk about money down the toilet.

Some people prefer using prepaid cards than providing cc details to an online vendor. Specially after the PSN debacle.

Also, you are not wasting any money as you get full value for the GC.
