Worth asking.

I've done it on a "fits in bag" promotion back in Dec/Jan. Just needed to bring the bag which you can pick up at Staples (of course, YMMV, as I'm not sure how they are handling the bag this time, but last time you could freely grab one regardless of buying anything - worst case, put a pen in it or something cheap that qualifies for the discount). Might also get away with just a copy of the ad/promotion, if a Staples is not nearby, but less likely.

Edit: Last time was a paper bag...this looks to be a cloth bag that requires a coupon to pick up for free.

With such a large exclusion list, is there anything qualifying for this deal that is already at a good price?

Edit: Looks like cameras, some computer peripherals/accessories (e.g. external HDs), software qualify.

Where is the kiosk in the store. I was at one the other day and I did a brief look around and couldn't see anything like that. I know every store is different, but is it normally near the check out... in the back... or by the printing center?

It is a computer terminal that can be anywhere from my personal experience, although more usually in the back. Some places to check: near the furniture department, right in the middle of the store or even in the front near a register.
