ok, here I come.... totally no knowledge of phones at all, but I'm about to get my first smart/iphone ever. I want a good phone with a somewhat cheap plan. I already have a phone that I'm keeping for most of my talking - but need a phone for internet and stuff. Is this what I want? I heard I need at least 1 -2 GB? All this talk makes no sense to me - so please help. This phone looks good and I'm willing to pay the money, just want to make sure it's easy enough for me. Thanks

This sure is a great phone though and if you rly rly want to spend the extra money for this over something used and cheaper, then its certainly worth the price they ask. |

For plans go, it depends on how much talk you do with the phone. I talk very little so the $30 T- Mobile prepaid plan which comes with 100 minutes of talk and 5GB of data works perfect for me. If you need more talk time, then consider getting a prepaid phone card from Straight Talk or Net10. Easy enough? I believe that you might be referring to how easy it is to use the phone? All Smartphones have a learning curve. Is it as easy to use as an Iphone, maybe not. It all depends on what your going to do with the phone. Talk, text, and go on the internet, you should be able to figure those things out within seconds of using the phone. Facebook, gmail, etc, those should take less than an hour. Rooting, back-ups, custom roms, you might never learn those. In the end, it all depends on how much time you want to put learning Android. I like to tinker with tech gadgets so I picked up on things pretty quickly. There are also step by step videos the more complex topics on Android like rooting, etc. |
