In most benchmarks, the Celeron is within a few points of the Pentium. In turn, the Pentium is not far from the i3-2100T. Too bad they didn't include the i3-2100T in above articel so you have to read both articles and make inferences. Also, the Celeron consumes less power than the Pentium. So again, by inference, it would have just about equal power consumption as the i3-2100T.

The Celeron also has an HD2000 but with out Quick Sync. If you need Quick Sync for video encoding, then definitely get the i3-2100T. If you don't need it, you would have to decide if $40 is worth the marginal performance gain.
