I have had a set of these for several months now to replace my several-year-old Sennheiser HD 485's and they sound about the same as those ones used to for me... frankly these are excellent headphones for the sub-100 range. I don't think you'll find anything much better until you go over that kind of pricing... and quite a few people agree from what I've read on various forums . If you need a set of headphones and don't want to spend $80-100+ go for these Monoprice 8323 ones and enjoy! It even comes with a long cord and a short cord to swap out. I paid roughly $29 shipped myself.
These are awesome headphones. I was using some jvc harx 700's until the cord broke, these are worth the money for sure. They are better than the Sennheisers that are always on here for 20 or so(I have a set)

These are very good for the price. These are a rebrand of the Kicker HP541 which seller for ~$50 on Amazon. They isolate quite well and overall are one of, if not the best closed headphones under $50. I used to have these, and my only complaint was that the headband could get uncomfortably because it is a pretty poor design.
