Staples McAfee rebate question

I bought a McAfee Internet Security 3User 2012 software on 6/2/12. It was $65 with a $65 mail in rebate. I used a 20% off in-store software coupon, which took off $13.

My question is, do I need to mail in the rebate receipt that shows the discount I received? On the separately printed Rebate Redemption Form, it seems to say that I only need to remit the filled-out Rebate Redemption Form and the original UPC. That would be good for me since the Rebate Redemption Form lists the price as $65. Am I missing something here -- do I need to remit the rebate receipt, too? What have been your experiences on this?

Purchase a McAfee Interent Secutity 3User 2012 (SKUs 369124, 398468) at Staples stores . . . between 5/27/12 and 6/10/12. This rebate is NOT eligible for online submission and must be mailed. Complete ORIGINAL Rebate Redemption Form and mail by 7/10/12 to the address listed. Limit 1 rebate per name/address/household. Original UPC is required. . . .
