Perhaps you mean well. Perhaps you are showing tough love. But this could backfire. The same logic that says it is ok to raise premiums could be (ab)used to deny coverage altogether to repeat offenders. Let's not criminalize healthcare. Ok? So who determines "guilt"? Doctors? You will turn doctors into police or ins agents? That would be horrible. |
