I love my LCR .357 nice compact revolver recoil is quite manageable with "full factory" .357s in it too, I don't know if I'd want to try full spec .357 mag loads though

I've got the LC9. I am by no means an marksman with pistols. The recoil on this is huge!! I wanted something for CCW use and also wanted something in 9mm caliber. It came down to this or the Kahr CM9. Both fired about the same to me- lots of recoil. I chose the ruger because I prefer having a safety. I use a Versa carry holster, so a safety is important to me if you carry a round in the chamber.

I bought parts from Galloway Precision with the biggest improvement being the trigger travel. MUCH better now. I also used glow in the dark powder and did my own night sights. It actually turned out OK.

I still need to practice and learn how to control this recoil. I enjoy my 2lb 1911 in comparison.
