Desktop + Monitor $500 Budget

Hey I'm looking for a desktop with all the usual stuff for a friend (keyboard, mouse, speakers, etc). Need a decent monitor also.

I know decent monitors at the moment are going for around $120 dollars and there is an acer one at newegg right now for $110, which will work nicely. I'm still looking for a desktop though. At the moment one of the best ones I can find is

but I'm sure with all the fourth of july sales there will be a slighter better one (and this monitor isn't the best I take it). Use will be the usual web surfing, email, light gaming at most. The higher the specs the better obviously, just need a decent graphics card as well. Also being able to upgrade it a bit for the future may be a nice perk.

The dell vostro was decent but no graphics card or speakers.

Bump, still looking. Dell outlet has some decent ones that would bump the processor up to an i3 2nd gen. I would have to order a graphics card separately though if I go that route.
