No shipping confirmation yet, but on the oral b 4000 deal awhile back it took about 2 days for me to get a shipping confirmation from drugstore.

I also contacted Oral B (Procter & Gambel) and the supervisor told me the same thing....I used Drugstore.com, and used the $5 off $40 discount...supervisor said $20 rebate would be denied....called Drugstore.com ((800-378-4786)...the rep was great....he tried to cancel my extra item to get to $40, and also tried to cancel order and reorder, but had shipped...he gave me a $15 credit on future purchase at Drugstore.com to make up for not getting the rebate...5 stars to Drugstore.com....1 star to P&G

I think the "coupon" refers to manufacturers' coupons. We'll see if this deal works.

UPDATE: Just saw this under the DESCRIPTION:
"This item the professional Care 3000/8850 is excluded from all Oral-B mail-in rebate programs."
