I was finally able to print 2 Starkist Tuna coupons after updating Java. However, on the 2nd coupon the printing on the coupon is a bit blurry. Is any elses like that? It kinda looks like a copy. BUT it does have a unique number so I will just point that out if need be.

Yep. Logged into my account just before posting here, and when I clicked on the print coupon button, I was able to print the latest one.

For those struggling to print the Redplum Tuna coupon, and have been able to print redplum in the past, I have found that after I put in the zip ( with 50 miles), instead of going to page 3 for the tuna, I put tuna in the search box and click on it when it comes up.

For some reason I have been able to print it this way, but not when its on the regular page.

HTH someone as its worked for me on 4 machines and I could not get them to print off the regular page on those same machines.

Ooh you rock! This worked for me. I was able to get my second print; kept getting server error after the first print. Muchas Gracias!

I would not BOTHER with any redplum today. Their facebook page has poster after poster talking about the errors. At least finally they are looking into their problems.

I was able to print about 6 by my new method before I stopped. Its not full proof but worked on some of my PC's. Only reason I tried today was i was afraid they would fix it and would run out of tuna prints.

We love our tuna, but what work to get a coupon.

Thanks for the tip! I had resorted to upgrading Java on all my computers before attempting to print. I have two more computers to try when I get home tonight, so I will try your trick first!

Thanks for the info chipilota but what worked for you didn't work for me when I tried on one of my computers. I had to update not only java BUT also Firefox. Big long process.

Momfi so you might have to stick to going the way you are. BUT maybe it will work for you as laulea2782 said that posters workaround worked for them.

Redplum is a BIG pain in the ass.

How about we table the discussion regarding redplum and their issues for now? We've all been trying to work through these issues since early last week when TN was first having problems. I'll keep an eye on their facebook page to see when they report (ha) that they've fixed it.

Again, I appreciate everyone posting their versions and helping to troubleshoot it. But this is a random, odd problem that is affecting so many of us differently. Until they become a more stable platform (Bailey is nothing if not blindly optimistic), let's try to focus back on IPs that actually...gasp...print without taking a software technician to figure them out!!!
