Yeah that's what I have in that box but when I click on submit it has this under it x reqiured Then the calender keeps on popping up. But that section is already filled in.

when the calendar popped up on me even though i had already filled in the birthdate info (in xx/xx/xxxx format), i clicked the enter key on my keyboard, and that closed the calendar pop-up and allowed me to continue on with the rest of the form (which at that point was just clicking the two checkboxes agreeing to the terms and to receiving future communication from clorox, and then clicking the submit button on the form.)

Thanks for the heads up. Simply Cranberry Juice reset for me after this post so they may not be done resetting yet. Smuckers also reset for me.
