I'm not familiar with the Insanity workouts specifically, I'm just saying that heavy lifting on specific muscle groups at the gym isn't generally comparable to stuff like this. |

I've been doing it (with P90X) since late last year. I don't follow the Insanity monthly routine and diet routine though. I just pop in a DVD and pick one of the workouts and just do it about 3-4 times per week. On the other days, I do P90X or some other cardio exercise of my own. Plus, I lift weights too 5-6 days a week in addition to these cardio workouts. |
