The purpose of the research is to gather views and opinions about wireless telephone services. You can be assured that at no time during the discussion will you be asked to purchase anything. During the online discussion, you will be required to openly share your thoughts & opinions.




==Format==

The research will be conducted online using an online forum. The forum will be simple and will involve answering a series of questions. If selected, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to access the website as well as a link to the forum and password information. Technical support will be readily available to you should you need it.




==Schedule==




The online forum will take place from July 23rd-July 25th, 2012. The website will be available for 3 days and you will be able to log in and complete the activities at any time that is convenient for you across these three days, BUT you MUST visit the site on the first day the forum is open to register.
