Thread Details

I just find this deal on my facebook AMEX app page: Spend $75 or more, get $25 back. (It is a new deal different than the spend $50 get $15 back on Twitter.)

You can buy gift card.

I do not know how to add a link. Can someone help?

Before the deal was spend $100 get $50 credit, BUT you only had to spend $50 to get a $50 credit. That was a true slickdeal. Been waiting to see if anyone tried spending only $25 for the $25 credit.

Agreed. It was a slickdeal even if you stuck to their terms. This isn't as hot, but still a decent deal, and probably the only way to get a passable deal at Ticketmaster.

The stupid part is that if you get gift cards, they still charge you a $2.50 order processing fee. Ugh. A fee to get the gift card, and then another fee to get the actual ticket. Grr.

FYI. I just bought tickets split over my 2 AMEX cards. First one was charged $100+ and got the "You saved" email from AMEX immediately. Second one was charged $72.50 and no e-mail. So looks like you do have to spend minimum $75 this time.

Many people did not get the email either way last time and still got credit, it took 4 or 5 days for my credit to show up and I never got email. So I wouldn't necessarily declare it dead.. though if they caught wind of it last time I imagine they fixed it
