Thanks for reminding me about these! My ENT gave me a Neti Pot awhile ago, and I got a bunch of the sinus rinse kits when I signed up for a sample on NeilMed's site (my parents freaked out when that box arrived ). I just have to dig one out from wherever they're hiding......

Btw, be sure to boil the water before you use it in your nose--these kits recently made the news when someone died from a--normally-harmless--amoeba that had a direct pathway to their brain after they used tap water. Boiling the water first (then cooling it down ) ensures anything living dies before you put the water in such a close proximity to vital skull structures. That aside, it's still a very useful method for cleansing the sinuses.
