Your strawman arguments get a little tiresome. Nowhere in my post did the words "in love" appear, nor did any other words that are synonymous with that phrase.

Furthermore, there is no "argument." Forcible rape is clearly defined by the FBI as "carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will." Thus, by it's very definition, sex between two individuals of legally consenting age cannot be "forcible rape." All US states have an age of consent between 16 and 18 years of age.

Thanks for clarifying. Based on your commentary above, you are of the opinion that consensual sex between an adult aged, say, 25, and an adolescent aged, say 14, is not forcible rape since the adolescent is willingly having intercourse with the adult.

Once again, you are presenting a strawman argument. In other words, you are deliberately misrepresenting my position in order to make it easier for you to present a counterargument. It's difficult to have a serious discussion with someone who continually insists upon debating in such a manner.

The age of consent is between 16 and 18 in all US states, which I already stated in my previous post. Thus, a 14 year old cannot legally consent to sex. Nonetheless, consensual sex between the 14 year old and 25 year old would not be forcible rape; it would be statutory rape. This is not my opinion; this is the law [lexisnexis.com]. For what it's worth, due to the substantial gap in age between the two individuals, I would still consider the 25 year old a predator.
