Spa Sensations 12" Theratouch Memory Foam Mattress - $389 + tax + FS to Store (Walmart)

http://www.walmart.com/ip/Spa-Sen...s/10086752

I was in the market for a King mattress and recently ordered this one for $439. I noticed that price dropped $50 today. If someone is in the market for cheapo King mattress, it's worth a look (other sizes available too). Has 2000 plus reviews with 4.5/5 stars. Says 93% of people would recommend this product.

First deal post. Let me know if I missed something (searched for dupes, added clear title etc.)
I request less to no hate. If possible, lot of kindness please Wink

Everyday Price - $439
Today's price - $389

Other sizes
Cal King - $389
Queen - $329
Full - $299
Twin - $249

Peace.

From 1 of the Q&As, the shipping weight for the king size is also 81 lbs.

Either way im willing to dish out a little more due to the 2000+ reviews vs 100+ reviews. Both seem like pretty good choices nonetheless.

By any chance has someone had an encounter with this fella

http://www.target.com/p/10-memory...A-12032227

Looks like a 10" no name queen size offered by target with very few but good reviews (the amount worries me though).
Seems perfectly in the middle at 10" and a good price.

Is there any problem with putting the mattress directly on the floor?

Also, I was thinking of getting it shipped to save the hassle of picking it up. Any idea how they normally ship items this large?

fwiw, I had the 8" version of this and returned it. It just didn't feel "right." Sank too much, felt too cheap, and the corners weren't sharp (they were kinda "rounded" off). I might have been happy with a 12" though.

Luckily, it was Wal-mart so I basically rolled it up as best as I could with a rope and just returned it. That's one mattress they wasted LOL.

Should be no probs to keep mattress on the floor (as long as you are okay with it). The flat surface is actually good for it (floor or a supportive platform or foundation - does not matter)

I expect the mattress to be vaccum packed so the box should be compact size (I plan to pick up in my small suv). I have seen similar mattress box in Costco and they are pretty small considering its a mattress inside. I would guess it can be picked up in any car. So shipment or delivery is no biggie

I appreciate the information. In that case, Site to Store it is. Thanks OP.

I noticed last weekend that Sams Club has a Serta memory foam mattress. I have not read any reviews, but it looked like they were charging $529 and it had a 10 yr warranty.

Thanks OP. Got one Queen size mattress. Hopefully my experience will be in sync with the extreme positive reviews that this mattress got.

So how do the returns work for Walmart with memory foam mattresses? I was thinking of buying this, sleeping on it for a while and if it doesn't work(i.e. the wife doesn't like it) then returning it. Is it just that simple?

Is there a way to check out this mattress in person, before buying it? Does walmart sell it in store?

I'm wondering this as well. I read their return policy and I assume it's 90 days, but want to make sure.
