Radio Shack offers $35 credit on Virgin Mobile HTC EVO V, LG Optimus Elite or PCD Venture.

Offer "FREE $35 AIRTIME - NO CONTRACT" right above the Virgin Mobile phones on the 1st page.

Not sure if nationwide or only in CA. Confirmed working in 90275. In-store only.
Must activate in-store.

Even though it says FREE $35 AIRTIME they actually discount the phone by $35 and you pay for $35 airtime refill.
I purchased LG Optimus Elite. Phone was $94.99 after $35 airtime credit and $20 IR.
I used $10 welcome coupon I received from the previous order, so Phone+$35 refill was $119.99 before taxes after $10 Welcome coupon.
Total: $132.23 after taxes.

Doing the math:
LG Optimus Elite - $94.99
PCD Venture - $24.99
HTC EVO V 4G - $264.99
you will pay for the airtime $35 refill, but you will need it anyway.
