I've got a better one............i'm sure no one here will believe me, but i was turned down for health insurance when i was 48. The BC/BS agent who submitted the papers for me was surprised it was turned down, so I asked him to find out why. He called me and said it was because I had filled a prescription for Xanax. I said, yes I did, ONCE, in 1991 when my mother died, and it was never refilled, and I still have 29 out of the 30 pills if they want me to send it in!! My doctor who prescribed the Xanax couldn't believe it. She said if they turned down everybody who ever had a prescription for Xanax there would be a lot of people without health insurance!!

So, I'm glad the health care bill is in place for others so they won't get turned down on a whim.
