Need Link to Consistently (> 1 Year) Highest Paying Interest Bank Acts

Looking for link where I can see comparative analysis of average annual savings rates (3 to 4 years) federally insured banking institutions paying high yield savings account. There are many links that show you the current dismal rate (1%), but it seems like there is a lot of “bait and switching” going on and I simply want to sit passively park with the knowledge that I am in the top-tier of these institutions till rates start to rise again. Below is an example of a site with a one year snapshot. Again I am looking for a website that shows a 3 to 4 year average. Thanks!
