I want a good deal on bulk pistachio's. Talking 5-10 pounds or more. Preferrably name branded.

They average 7-11$ a pound. I think at the right bulk price they could go 5- a pound easy. if you know of any LET ME KNOW

Prices on Pistachios are not nearly as cheap as you had hoped, even when buying in bulk. Only thing I saw anywhere where the price got below $7 a lb was from here:
http://www.pearsonranch.com/bulk-pistachios.html

$130 for 25 lbs comes out to just over $5... There really wasn't anything I saw that was below $7.25 a lb for a 10 lb bag...

Update: I also found this site, which had prices from $6.49 a lb. No matter if you ordered 1 lb or 30 lbs.

If there's a Trader Joe's near you, check their price. Can't remember exactly how much they are but I want to say a one pound bag is $5.99. Haven't bought them in a while as I'm on low carb diet. I used to get the 50% salt ones as if you eat a lot of them, the salt can really screw with your blood pressure, even if you're young and healthy. The 50% salt ones are really nice, didn't miss the extra salt at all.

There's one in Raleigh and one in Cary, both should be open. There's one "coming soon" to Winston-Salem. I know this because one of the loungers was really excited when the one in Raleigh opened as that's where she lives. Smilie

You checked out Costco yet? I don't recall how much they are but I've gotten them there several times and always been happy.
