The issue with coupons on downloads all started back in January of this year. Up until then it had been working without any issues. At the time, if it was not allowed your order would sit in research status for a coupon of days and then you would get a call asking you to either proceed by having the coupon removed or canceling the order. Have not seen any recent posts on downloads and coupon use but I assume it is still a possibility.

Got a question for those of you who have the BTS savings pass.

Yesterday I went to the store to purchase the weekly sale items and my total was close to $70. The manager said that with this much in purchase, I should get the savings pass and said he'll add it for free. I'm still trying to make sense of the receipt today. If I understand this right, there's a $10 charge for the pass but a 9.34 credit for the pass at the bottom. I don't understand what the .66 difference is all about.

In total, I think the manager helped me out as i bought the printer paper, photo paper, zebra pencils, pentel pens and stickies and now I will be getting 15% back on my non paper purchases via the rebates. The only question is my Easy Rebate for the photo paper and printer paper rebate is deducted by the amount taken off by the BTS 15% pass. ... is that normal? I don't understand why it's deducting the rebate for the paper and photo paper but not the rest of my stuff.

The terms of the offer state that ream and photo paper rebate payouts will be reduced by the amount of BTS pass.

The difference of $0.66 represents your tax which works out to be 7%.

ETA: I don't know if the pass itself is taxable, but all in all, the credit you got totaled $10.

I was misled by the manager who said that the pass would be added for free but instead he added the BTS pass for 10 and I earned that back with my purchases in the way of the discounts not a credit. Oh well, kinda feel like I got taken by his sales tactic but I didn't lose money in the process so nothing to complain about.

I got on invalid email on an Easy Rebate. This was for paper, photo paper and pencils. I did a terminal transaction and paid in store. Chat with rep said purchase had to be made directly in the store. Terminal orders do not qualify.

True, most items were in-store only.

If you kiosk customer copy did not have any rebate offers on the bottom left column, you did not qualify.

Yes, I used my $80 Rewards and got a balance coupon for $13.08 that I have already used.

I just picked this order up yesterday from an order date of 7/19. Would the date of pick up and original order made a difference as far as it being invalid?
